Grovetown

Grovetown has grown fast, and a lot of our work here is on houses that are only a few years old: builder sod that never rooted properly, construction debris still in the soil, and lots where the builder left two trees standing that should probably not have been the two they kept.

That makes this the part of our map where sod installation and grading come up most. We strip and regrade rather than laying new sod over compacted builder fill, because that is the reason the first lawn failed.

Toward Euchee Creek and out past the base the lots get wooded again, and the jobs turn back into clearing, removals and hauling. Either way the estimate is free and the price is fixed before we start.

We are at the western edge of our service area here. We still come out, and you still get the same crew and the same written price.
