Evans properties are generally newer and tightly kept, often inside an HOA with standards about how the front of a house looks. Our maintenance work here leans toward precision: hard edges, clean bed lines, hedges pruned on their own timing rather than sheared flat whenever the truck is in the area.

The tree work is mostly clearance and structure — raising canopies off rooflines, taking out the pine that was planted too close to the drive, and grinding the stumps so the lawn can be put straight back over the top.

Irrigation matters here because these lawns are expected to stay green through August. We design zones around what is actually planted rather than running turf and beds off the same valve, which is the single most common fault we are called out to fix.
